The human brain is only about the size of a medium cauliflower once fully developed yet contains 100 billion neurons and 100 trillion synapses. There is no other organ that can rival the complexity of the brain.

The brain is an integral part of running your body but the mind is subject to degradation over time. Use common sense and my ideas below to successfully flex your mental muscles as you age.

Clock and currencyDo you want to save both time and money? Then staying on a healthy track all year long will lead you in that direction. Just imagine what it costs you to take time off work, rushing you or your sick kids to the doctor then running to the drug store for medications and finally falling into bed exhausted. Over time it can take a toll on you and your families well being.

The solution and secret to a long and healthy life is proper maintenance to your body. Think about it we do maintenance all the time for material items that can even be replaced like; cars appliances, computers, home furnace and the list goes on. We all know that healthy kids are happier and more productive at school.  So now that school is in full swing all parents know that the germ exposure increases around large group of children.  Let us take a look at the some of the key health tips to keeping our children well this school year and for years beyond.
